What is your return/exchange policy?

Duchess Boutique is happy to exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, must be in its original packaging without any damage. However, we are currently unable to accept any returns on the items. Please double check your order to avoid any error and be sure of your order 100% before payment. Unfortunately, once payment has been made we are currently unable to accept any returns.

Can I change or modify my order?

For any orders that have not been shipped, you can change the address or size of the product simply by contacting the customer service at Duchess Boutique. 
For already shipped orders, unfortunately the address and the size CANNOT be changed.

How long does it take to receive my product?

All shipping to UK is free on orders £35+. The order will be sent via Royal Mail second class. Orders under £35 will have a shipping cost of £3.50. 


We are aiming to dispatch all orders within 24hours if payments are made Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Orders should be received by customer within 3-5 working days after dispatch. 

Please allow 15 working days before contacting Duchess Boutique if you have not received your order. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we are able to ship any product worldwide. International shipping at £5.99 for standard (3-7 working days for an estimate delivery) and £10 for signed for international shipping (5 working days to receive you package) comes with a tracking reference. 

We do apologise for the high international shipping rates, as these are the lowest rates we can offer with Duchess Boutique covering some of the charges.
